How We Price
Factors Affecting Pricing:
As you might expect, our pricing depends on many variables that are unique to each customer. Here are just a few we consider.
Work Area Size: The larger the area that needs to be clean the lower the unit price is per square foot. Huge jobs will have lower unit pricing but a higher total cost.
Type of Work: Bird control services on a large commercial building will price out much differently than a residential patio cleaning. If various types of services are performed on the same site, it means those operators need to be equipped with the appropriate tools and equipment to execute on the job.
Grime Severity: If an area such as a patio is only slightly dirty, and needs to be pressure washed, the resultant price will be less than if it is severely soiled. A dirtier job will require more cleaning solution, time and potentially different or more intense cleaning method.
Time On Site: If we perform more services on a single job site our time on the road is less, saving us money. We pass this savings on to you. That is one of the reasons that larger jobs and accounts see lower unit pricing.
Property Location & Time Of Job: Some customers have requirement that we perform work during a specific time of day. As you might know, traffic on the 101 and 202 highways can be brutal at times. With less time on the road and the more time performing work, we can bring prices down.
Our Proprietary Formulas:
Calculating Quotes: We won’t go into too many detail here, but we developed somewhat complex pricing algorithms that accounts for most of the variables of the job. This allows us to deliver quotes with fair, competitive and consistent pricing. This accuracy is less critical on smaller jobs, but when deployed on larger jobs, it massively benefits both you and our team. These formulas allow us to accurately quote out nearly any job and return accurate internal cost estimates, cleaning solution use and labor requirements. This means we can run a more competitive operation and get you a better price!
How to Decrease Your Cleaning Costs
Everyone wants a better deal. Here’s how to get one.
Book recurring services: The more visits you book, the more you save.
Longer Service Agreements: The longer you do business with us, the more you save. If you book a 2 year cleaning service you will save more per cleaning, than if only selected a 3 month option. This means we get familiar with the property and get to build a stronger relationship with you. Don’t worry about being locked in, you can always book a single service to test us out before selecting a longer term service agreement (and we can apply the recurring savings later!)
Higher Cleaning Frequency: If you book more frequent service, we will reward you with lower unit pricing. For example, If you book a 1 Year Term, Monthly Service you will see lower costs per cleaning than if you booked that same 1 Year Term with Quarterly Service.
Referrals: You can save big when you refer industry partners, friends and family or have multiple business or houses book work together.
Book in Our Slow Season: When you book in our slow season we extend lower pricing to keep our team cruising.
