Originally founded by Jamison J. in Albany, NY, in early 2020, Partners in Grime rapidly became the go-to choice for exterior cleaning solutions. Having served hundreds of customers in Upstate NY, we gained a remarkable reputation, boasting over 65 stellar 5-star Google reviews and maintaining an impressive 5.0/5.0 rating. We’re excited to now be servicing the Phoenix Metro Area.
Moving on to “greener” pastures. Why we moved to Arizona:
Size: The Phoenix Metro is approximately 500% larger by population than our former Albany Market. We simply started to outgrow Albany.
Location: The Phoenix Market is far more dense, with a more business-friendly atmosphere which means greater growth potential.
Weather: In Phoenix, we can operate 12 months out of the year instead of only 5 back east.
Safety: More “flat-work” means fewer ladders and a safer work environment.
Relocating to Phoenix, Arizona, in mid-2023 marked a significant milestone for us: the opportunity to expand our reach and continue delivering unparalleled service to a broader clientele in a thriving metro area.

Our Founder:
Partners in Grime was founded by Jamison J, a serial entrepreneur who started the business in 2020. Being a mechanical engineer by trade, he has worked in the power generation industry working on combined cycle power generation stations and later as an electronics manufacturing engineer.
His passion for innovation and problem-solving drove him to establish a company that prioritizes efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. With a strong foundation in engineering principles, Jamison laid the groundwork for Partners in Grime, infusing the business with cutting-edge methods and a keen focus on utilizing technology to streamline processes. With a deep understanding of physics, fluid mechanics, chemicals/chemistry, materials and mechanics, he has developed original methods and customized equipment that have proven to significantly increase process efficiency and resultant quality.
His unique background allows the company to continually innovate and implement highly efficient cleaning methods, ensuring not only exceptional service but also a commitment to boost the customer experience.
